1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 

2. Shipping Time

Typical delivery time:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays.
 

3. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email after shipment.
 

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the order is shipped, delays caused by the carrier are out of our control.
If your package is lost, contact us and we will help file a claim.
 

5. Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address
