REFUND POLICY — Imani Collection

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our simple refund rules:
 

1. Eligibility

We accept returns for:

• Unused items

• Items in original packaging

• Wrong or damaged products

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened perfumes

• Used beauty accessories

• Makeup items (lip gloss, lip liners, etc.)
   

3. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 

4. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number.
 

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
